Donald Trump has sparked dementia concerns after he was spotted drinking water with two hands like a small child - days after he slurred his words during an Israel policy speech.
Twitter went into meltdown on Monday after the president took the awkward swig of water while unveiling his new national security strategy in front of military service members in Washington, D.C.

He does NOT like the podium. He is a table talker.
It's also a very broad glass...I don't see the problem with how he's holding it.
Many older people have shakes at different times. Despite all his speaking experience, this may also be the case.
In the meantime....it's about the speech...now how he drinks water.
This is as bad as the Melania shoe stories.
