Joe Biden and Jill Biden departed from their Greenville home Tuesday morning after a long weekend in Delaware. The Bidens had been in Delaware since Friday afternoon. His family says he has dementia and numerous health problems that may have caused him to wonder off.

HUNTINGTON, WV - According to State Police in Huntington, a Silver Alert has been issued for a missing woman in Huntington. State Police say they are looking for Sonya Carte, 77, of Huntington. Police say Carte suffers from dementia. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt with small white stripes, blue pants, dark green jacket, and white tennis shoes. She has shoulder length hair and had her boxer mixed dog with her. Police believe she may be possibly headed to Sandusky, Ohio.
