I know many of you are veterans so this might make your blood boil.
A silver alert was issued in Tennessee for a veteran with Alzheimers. He was found in Kentucky and an officer from the Guthrie Police Department punched him out and knocked him unconscious.
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
those with dementia speak their minds... cop prolly had a fat ass
fat ass and fat head.
Is there a local VFW of American Legion post that will go to bat for Mr. George Henderson and correct this grievous violation of a decorated veteran’s basic civil liberty?
Was he decked before or after he was ID’ed? There’s no excuse for hitting an elderly man, but I know how belligerent people with Alzheimer’s can get - I have a patient at work who is meaner than a hornet.
A poor reaction made worse by the circumstances.
Sadly no ome will care because he’s a man, an old man
American gynosociety cares not about men, especially old men with medical issues
American gynosociety now wants to get rid of men, to wit the helpful police response he received
Just the latest example
While not conclusive, there was no evidence of mean, hostile or aggressive behavior other than the cop’s.
Five bogus charges to justify the Guthrie Police Dept.?
At a minimum the officer and the police chief should be indicted for false charges.
If not, they and the DA should have a Federal indictment on their hands (and I HATE even having to go there!)
“While not conclusive, there was no evidence of mean, hostile or aggressive behavior other than the cop’s.”
Besides the fact that 99% of silver alerts are put out because of an elderly person who has known mental deficiencies has wandered off. Right from the very start every Silver Alert should be treated as a medical/welfare situation not a criminal situation. This is just like knocking out someone who just had a bike accident and broke their arm and wouldn’t follow official commands to put their hands over their head.
This low IQ hiring practice needs to stop. There is no excuse for this at all. This situation being a silver alert was an absolute no brainer from the get go...
Justification for detainment and cuffing...
“Are you taking any medications? Your eyes are very pinpoint”
Yeah, because a very bright flashlight was being pointed in his eyes. Everyone’s eyes do that you idiot... That is a crooked deceptive BS tactic police use on purpose as probable cause. Ain’t got nothing else, pull out the drug suspicion card and entrap them with your flashlight in their eyes. I have had this done to me several times to justify detainment and searches without any probable cause.
A badge is a license to lie and violate human rights as they like. Because... We are not humans to them, we are just animals to be broken and caged.
“how belligerent people with Alzheimer’s can get”
Just like our current president, 19 days left. And we thought the lead-up to the election was tense, this is a death watch.
The civil rights lawyer on YouTube is great. So is long island audit and audit the audit.
“Is there a local VFW of American Legion post that will go to bat for Mr. George Henderson”
Does VFW had any legal power, or is it just a social and support organization?
This cop just needs 180 days in the county jail, general population, to learn some respect for his fellow citizen.
Some cops are real bums.
later
As I read your post it came to me that all law enforcement leaders in New Orleans are women. And the old lady superintendent looks to be 75 years old and weighs about 85 lbs. Watch out criminals!
“And the old lady superintendent looks to be 75 years old and weighs about 85 lbs.”
I think she’s the one I just saw giving a presser on Newsmax. “Kirkpatrick” or similar. I told DH that she actually scares me a little. LOL!
I’m not going to type what I’m thinking.
But agreed.
Funny!
