ELLICOTT CITY, Md. -- Howard County police have arrested a husband and wife for the destruction of a political sign in Ellicott City. Police said Peter Lizon, 30 and Stephanie Louise Lizon, 34, both of Randallstown, were charged with destruction of property. Police observed them cutting down a Bush-Cheney sign on U.S. Route 40 during a surveillance operation over the weekend.
