Broad Street School was evacuated Thursday morning for the third time in just eight days when a kindergarten teacher discovered a fuseless stick of dynamite in her classroom, city police said. Police determined the Salem County Sheriff's Department K-9 Unit accidentally left the dynamite in the school last Friday following a training exercise, according to Lt. Burl Kimble.
