Nancy Pelosi's former neighbor is questioning why a violent home invasion triggered no alarms – as security experts condemn the apparent ease with which David DePape broke in, and predict federal protections will be extended to her family. Residents of tony Broadway Street in San Francisco are used to fleets of black SUVs surrounding the Speaker's red brick mansion 24/7, a heavy police response to any disturbances, and even their computers getting scrambled by alleged security measures to protect the nation's Number Three. So when Marjorie Campbell read that her old neighbor had to call 911 himself while negotiating with...

It has been reported (with video) tha Nancy and Paul Pelosi have a VERY nice refrigerator ($12,000?) with VERY expensive ice cream in it. So, logically, the Pelosi family has excellent security which would include cameras, alarms and probably staff to match that lifestyle all enclosed in a walled estate. It has been pointed out that it is quite cool at 2 a.m. in San Francisco (especially this time of the year) so another question is whether or not David DePape broke in to the house in his underwear. He and Paul were apparently involved in a physical altercation (that...

Biden Administration officials are discussing whether the United States should subject some of Elon Musk's ventures to national review including the deal for Twitter Inc and SpaceX's Starlink satellite network, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter. The SpaceX chief in recent times has taken to Twitter to announce proposals to end Russia's war in Ukraine, and also said SpaceX cannot indefinitely fund its Starlink internet service in Ukraine. He later backed down and said he would continue to bear the costs of the service. The discussions to review Musk's ventures are at an early stage,...

WASHINGTON (AP) — Seventy-year-old Cassandra Gentry is looking forward to a hefty cost-of-living increase in her Social Security benefits — not for herself but to pay for haircuts for her two grandchildren and put food on the table. The three live in a Washington apartment building that houses 50 “grandfamilies” — where grandparents take care of children who do not have parents present. Gentry, who took in her grandkids to keep them in a safe environment, says the boost in benefits will help her make ends meet. “I never thought about contributing to Social Security when I was working, but...

As the November midterm election draws near, the focus is on voting protocols and tools, especially the voting machines themselves. After the 2020 election, many irregularities in voting were documented across the country, some due to mail-in voting, some due to voting rosters, some due to poll workers, and some due to machines that were somehow hacked or compromised in some way. GPB News reports: “Sensitive voting system passwords posted online. copies of confidential voting software are available for download. Ballot counting machines inspected by people not supposed to have access. The list of suspected security breaches at local election...

The Border Patrol has nabbed 78 people on a terrorist watch list so far this fiscal year, according to new Department of Homeland Security data. Twelve were caught in August alone, the second highest monthly total since numbers began to be released earlier this year. The new numbers represent a sharp increase as the Biden administration faces growing pressure to tighten security at the border: Just 15 suspected terrorists were caught in all of the fiscal year 2021, and just 11 were caught in total from 2017 to 2020. Counterintuitively, catching more of those on the watch list is bad...

On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Special Report,” Senate Homeland Security Committee Ranking Member Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) said that “We don’t know how many Afghans are in this country who pose a national security threat” and that “we just hope” that the few dozen we know of based on statements by the FBI are being monitored. Portman stated, [relevant remarks begin around 4:35] “In terms of the Afghan refugees, all of us want to take care of the Afghans who helped Americans, who stood shoulder-to-shoulder with us, the interpreters, and so on. But remember that chaotic withdrawal,...

When Joe Biden took office, he immediately killed multiple border security programs that President Donald Trump had launched, the "Remain-in-Mexico" practice, the border wall construction and more. The result was predictable. Thousands, no millions, of illegal aliens walked across America's southern border, creating a crisis there. But now Biden's spokeswoman, Karine Jean-Pierre, insists they are NOT just walking into the U.S. .....

On Friday, Governor Ron DeSantis announced that he would be suspending four members of the Broward County School Board for their "incompetence, neglect of duty, and misuse of authority" at Marjory Stonemason Douglass High School. In a press release, the governor’s office stated that Patricia Good, Donna Korn, Ann Murray and Laurie Rich Levinson had been suspended following the recommendations of the Twentieth Statewide Grand Jury. DeSantis has been particularly active in education, going as far as endorsing school board members in their races across the state, and enacting laws on curriculum transparency and parental rights. "Even four years after...

On Saturday, my Windows PC went hog wild trying to update itself again. In doing so, it refused to respond promptly. On Sunday, my PC ran hot probably trying to seek out another viral infection. I'm really upset with this Microsoft update nonsense. Today, I noticed that a small dictionary I was keeping by my PC was very warm. The hypocrisy of Bill Gates babbling about global warming while Microsoft PCs waste vast amounts of electricity is truly galling. In my opinion, Microsoft needs to force credit card (and other financial) account information off Windows PCs so Windows PCs are...

Parkland father Fred Guttenberg, an outspoken gun control proponent, claims Madison County, North Carolina’s, plan to have AR-15s for classroom defense is “absolute insanity.” Guttenberg lost his daughter, 14-year-old Jaime, in the February 14, 2018, Parkland high school attack, in which the attacker faced zero armed resistance. There have been other high-profile school shootings since Parkland in which the attackers have also had time to carry out their heinous deeds without armed resistance. On August 6, 2022, Breitbart News reported that North Carolina’s Madison County Sheriff Buddy Harwood announced he was taking steps to be sure his school officers were...

Yes, you read that headline correctly. Janet Jackson's music video for her 1989 hit single Rhythm Nation has been declared a security vulnerability after a Microsoft engineer discovered it could freeze some hard drives on older computers. Raymond Chen, the Microsoft engineer, said that a colleague shared a story from Windows XP product support that described a "major computer manufacturer" who discovered the music video would crash certain models of laptops. During the manufacturer's investigation, it was discovered that the audio signal from the music video crashed some of their competitors' computers. But there was more to it than that....

Reading all the professional political chatter from both wings of the uniparty bird about the DOJ position on the Trump raid in Mar-a-Lago, something sticks out to me that readers here will relate to, but others, likely not so much. Consider this written to all the reasonable and intellectually honest people. You see, there is an actual mechanism that is being ignored by members within the professional DC silos and the DC ‘outrage’ stenographers. I was reminded of it when reading the professional obfuscation in the Wall Street Journal as they outlined how Merrick Garland “weighed the raid on Mar-a-Lago...

There’s an election hack built before the 2020 election that can instantaneously swap the bubbles on your ballot. The “filled in” bubble of your candidate is moved to the hackers preferred candidate, and swapped out with that empty bubble. The change is made before the “ballot Image” is stored to the election server, and before it’s tabulated. By using the voter’s own marking style & penmanship, these changes are undetectable to the human eye. Here’s the scenario. Using a blue pen you fill in the “Trump” bubble on a ballot. Election officials insert this ballot into a tabulator. Those pixels...
