Mike DeWine on Monday signed Republican-backed legislation to allow people in the state to carry a concealed handgun without a permit or training and no longer require them to proactively tell law enforcement during traffic stops that they’re armed.

New details also reveal that David Mora Rojas, 39, also used a "ghost gun" in the shooting. On Wednesday, New York State Court Justice Joel Cohen ruled that NY Attorney General Letitia James cannot dissolve the National Rifle Association. Cohen is a Justice on the New York State Court in Manhattan.
