A funny story.
My brother-in-law (was hoping for Elizabeth Warren to run in 2020 - “she seems like an honest woman”) visited this weekend. I’ve known him 40 years. In all that time, he has been an unrelenting leftist.
He briefly mentioned a 2A case currently before SCOTUS. I guess he was referring to New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc v. Bruen.
Although a leftist, he lives in Philadelphia, so he conceal carries a .38 snub nose. He says, “The local cops said ‘we can’t protect you, so buy a gun.’” So he did. He’s all legal in Pennsylvania, but he carries even when he goes out of state, which is not legal.
So, in reference to the case, he told me, “I think the court’s alignment is such that we may get a ruling that says states must recognize the gun permits of other states and honor them, creating a national right-to-carry. Like driver’s licenses!”
I was stunned. I was also glad I was sitting or I would have likely fallen over in incredulity. After he left, I laughed hysterically.
Leftists are a danger to our country, but they sure are funny when they talk!
Holcomb has to go! He’s a sniveling coward.
