I was thinking about this yesterday and say another FR thread about anger at Ron Kuby in New York. Will the legal eagles of FR please check in with opinions. Does a large protest require a permit as a parade so requires? If so, someone has taken on respsibility. Whoever protests is causing a cost to the taxpayers for increased policing. Who is paying for that? If a business suffers property damage or loss of business because of the actions of protestors, who is responsible?
