The United States has an obligation to help work toward stemming the flow of illegal guns into this country, Prime Minister Paul Martin said Monday. Speaking with reporters in Ottawa, Mr. Martin said the gun issue will be among those on the agenda — alongside softwood lumber and passport requirements — when he meets with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
