The wife of shooter James T. Hodgkinson told ABC News Nightline that her husband has been in Alexandria (Virginia) for the past two months. He was living out of his truck/van -- according to his wife. It appears he may have been lurking in the DC area for the past two months looking for the some event to participate in -- such as the shooting on 14-June-2017.
