Has anyone else received an e-mail regarding a Mandatory Draft bill for Ages 18-26? I received a panicky e-mail from my niece saying that there is Pending Legislation in the House & Senate S89 & HR163 which are planned to begin in Spring 2005. Anything to this? Can anyone give me info to debunk it if it's a myth? Help!!
