Eisenhower has been relieved of his command following an investigation into an improper relationship. Capt. Robert Gamberg was removed from the post by Rear Adm. Ted Branch on Monday. In an administrative proceeding known as an Admiral's Mast, Gamberg was cited for conduct unbecoming an officer and for failure to obey an order or regulation.
