<p>FAIRFIELD -- Bill Simon used much of his dwindling time on the campaign trail Friday to resurrect allegations about Gov. Gray Davis' fund-raising activities from more than a decade ago.</p>
<p>After a campaign rally inside the colorful Jelly Belly candy factory, the Republican candidate demanded that Davis answer 14-year-old charges that as an assemblyman running for state controller he used legislative employees and resources to raise campaign money.</p>
