It seems to me that since the Democrats have a hard time voting by the rules or laws. I propose that all blue voting areas in States shall be run by Republicans with Democrats overlooking the vote count.. Democrats can run the Red Zones with Republicans overlooking vote count.. All rules shall be the same. No shutting down the vote count in the middle of the nite. All absentee ballots will be verified by signature. No signature no vote.
