GOP gubernatorial candidate Charles Baker runs a charity that’s funded ultraliberal outfits which have fought for tuition breaks and driver’s licenses for illegals, accused American soldiers of torture and blamed Israel for “genocide” in Palestine, a Herald review found... The Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation, of which Baker is chairman, has given $30,000 to the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition since 2002, records show. Melvin Everson on Tuesday became the first black Republican since Reconstruction to win a contested election for the Georgia Legislature. In a squeaker of an election decided by a mere 27 votes, Everson defeated Warren Auld in a runoff for the state House District 106 seat in south Gwinnett County. Auld, a former Snellville city councilman, is white. "This is a great day for Snellville and it's a great day for me," Everson said. Hi, this is my first thread here at FR; I hope I can make my first post here very informative and thoughtful for everyone. My question is directed at all the Americans on this board (I invite everyone to take part in the discussion), but more specifically towards black Americans. It’s something that has been bothering for a long and it’s a simple question, why do blacks overwhelmingly vote Democrat?
