A new Gallup poll has found that positive ratings of relations between black Americans and white Americans have reached the lowest point in more than two decades of measuring the statistic. “Currently, 42% of Americans say relations between the two groups are ‘very’ or ‘somewhat’ good, while 57% say they are ‘somewhat’ or ‘very’ bad,” Gallup reported. A significant shift occurred in 2013, which The Daily Wire’s Ryan Saavedra noted is when the Black Lives Matter movement began.

..Cuba’s racial inequalities resurfaced. Remittances, tourism - government’s most important sources of income. Yet inequality in these arenas is stark. Sixty to 90 percent of white households have some relatives living outside the country; for nonwhite people, numbers are much lower. .. foreign currency coming into Cuba primarily benefits white Cubans. Black Cubans w no relative living abroad destined to work in the low-wage, state-controlled economy; black market; ..many private-sector business owners discriminate against Black job applicants, a prejudice visible in tourism.. ..inequality gotten worse. Students.. universities today overwhelmingly white or light-skinned; only 4.8 percent Black or brown.. prison population...

People on the far left have become so predictable that their statements are no longer "breaking news." They would be hilarious if they weren't outrageous or if they didn't contribute to the undermining of human rights and freedom in other countries. Some on the left speak favorably about the evil twins of communism and socialism One of many examples has resurfaced after last week's uprising in Cuba by thousands who have demanded freedom from dictatorship. Nikole Hannah-Jones, author of the "1619 Project," which seeks to teach history to public school students through the prism of slavery, said in a 2019...

...Allegedly Threatened, Punched and Chased Victims in Two Separate Incidents. Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez today announced that three Brooklyn men have been charged in a 68-count indictment in connection with two incidents in which they allegedly targeted Jewish individuals. Bassem Eid is a Palestinian analyst and human-rights campaigner who chooses to live in Jerusalem, under Israeli rule, rather than in those parts of the West Bank where Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian Authority hold sway. He’s not fond either of the PA, or of Hamas, and he’s horrified that those claiming to champion the Palestinians fail to realize how cruelly treated they are by their own corrupt leaders. Bassem Eid’s scolding of the Squad — Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, and Ayanna Pressley — is here: “Palestinian Activist: It’s Time Ilhan Omar and ‘The Squad’ Learned the...

Democrats who have rallied behind the Castro regime are silent on growing pro-democracy demonstrations that have gripped Cuba. Thousands of anti-regime protesters took to the streets across the island over the weekend, waving American flags and chanting "freedom" as well as anti-government slogans. Reps.
