A young white kid trying to get a CDL will get severe scrutiny and most likely will not pass the subjectively scored driving road test, however an illegal alien or diverse person will breeze right through, depending on the office where the test is conducted and the ethnicity/race of the Inspector giving the road test.

Last month, my windshield (and head) was almost taken out by the front wheel (metal center and tire) of a semi that sheered off and bounced narrowly over my car in I-20 going to Dallas. Hit the car behind me and I just barely missed the jackknifing 18 wheeler.

Minor injuries to all, despite trucking along at 75mph (the speed limit).
