Dear FRiends, We need your continuing support to keep FR funded. Your donations are our sole source of funding. No sugar daddies, no advertisers, no paid memberships, no commercial sales, no gimmicks, no tax subsidies. This means no spam, no pop-ups, no ad trackers.

And because we are not a 501C, we have preserved our God-given, constitutionally protected right to free speech without government intervention.

All of the above means Free Republic remains an independent, grassroots, user-funded, conservative forum.

If you enjoy using FR and agree it's a worthy God-Family-Country endeavor, please consider making a contribution today:

Click here: to donate by Credit Card

Or here: to donate by PayPal

Or by mail to: Free Republic, LLC - PO Box 9771 - Fresno, page CA 93794

Thank you very much and God bless you.

What do you think about a bitcoin fund?

It could be used to secured operating funds based on interest or share accumalation if donated as such designated for such purpose.

Many of us have accumulated substantial profits. This could happen for FR. If in a year or two, FR was holding one or two Bitcoin, it could literally provide a month or two’s operational funds - but in five years the website could be self sustaining.

You could look into the bylaws and charter, and possibly find a financial mechanism that allows you accept Bitcoin, and if Freepers so designate such donations for the lonegivity of the site, those contributions could be set aside to accumulate on the own without providing for the daily maintenance.

Maybe you could accept a share of Tesla or Microstrategy or a few other stocks and hold them in a FreeRepubic Fund set aside for the longivity of the site.

I am not familiar with your nonprofit status but many non-profits have accumulated alternate forms of wealth. Donating a car for some is all it takes.

So you’re into the bit coin scam too? Not surprised based on that other dishonest post of yours.

Bitcoin is doing well in October regardless. If you had a clue, rather than just wanting to vomit BS my way, you know.
No different from when the stock market crashes, and soon, not all sink or sink as far as the pack.

Stay in your own lane. If you had read what I wrote it would be a long term acquisition strategy by a few freepers who might want to help the sight.

Bitcoin is changing everything. All the rest, are crypto wantabe’s.

If you have to call them Stable Coins, they are not.

If you have to call them Meme Coins, that’s all they are.

If you hold anything other than Bitcoin, Etherum or Solona, Tesla, or MSTR then you will be somewhere between the Meme and Stable.

Like I said, BTC is positive for the month of October.

Jerk commenters like you make me want to pull my donations let the libtards and zeepers have it.

I retired at 55 after growing up on food stamps. Knowing how and what to invest in allows me to live on over $200,000 a year after taxes, and still pull in another 100,000 form Crypto. It ain’t for everybody.

You better get back to the Ukrainian PR War, as I hear Trump just figured out Zelinski isn’t winning the war and Ukraine may have evacate their cities this winter. Ukraine needs their keyboard warriors more than ever now. Look’s like there will be elections in Kiev in late 2026 after the Coup-dwellers are evicted along with their NATO masters.

PS, I just bought another 4100 in cypto.
