In the ‘90’s I saw a lot of the older people I knew or heard about in the IT and defense industries in the South SF Bay Area retiring and moving to the Ashland/Medford area and the southern Oregon coast.

Like civil rights, feminism, trans issues, etc, ‘globaloney’ was turned into an industry.

Yes. It would be hilarious to see women crewing 155mm guns. Or loading 5” ammo on a Destroyer. Arming aircraft with 750 pound bombs.

There is a mental motivation issue as the IDF learned. It’s one of the reasons they don’t use women in combat units.
