Liturgical Abuses: A Photo is Worth a Thousand Words Italy. From Friday to Sunday there will be a "Ratznger Schülerkreis" over the supposed "fruitfulness and success of the Second Vatican Council". As the primary speaker, the new President of Christian Unity, Archbishop Kurt Koch, will speak. He is speaking under the title: "The Second Vatican Council between Tradition and Innovation".
