    The Allegheny County sheriff's department has a new tool in its arsenal to "Mini-mize" crime. The sheriff's department has unveiled the first-ever Mini Cooper law enforcement patrol car in the country, aptly named the "MINI COPPER." MINI of Pittsburgh, located in Shadyside, donated the car to the department for six months to a year to promote various city and county events.
