PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. Veteran character actor Arthur Hill is dead at 84. Hill's dozens of television and movie appearances included the title role in the T-V series "Owen Marshall, Counselor at Law." Hill's friend Walter Seltzer reports the actor died Sunday at a Pacific Palisades care facility after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Hill hadn't worked in the motion picture or television business since 1990.
