Florida man, 37 attempted to enter the Ruth N. Upson Elementary School in Jacksonville carrying a large axe and ended up getting shot. At around 2:48 p.m. the suspect approached the entrance to the school armed with a large axe and the school staff followed procedure and did what they were supposed to do.
