My brother's EXgirlfriend just had a baby 10 days ago. The baby tested positive for meth :( He has a 6YO son with her (my nephew obviously). They took him too. My nephew is well fed, clothed, reads at a 5th grade level already, plays little league... the kid is NOT abused or neglected. His mother just happens to abuse meth. While I disagree vehemently with her problem, the state doesn't take kids away from alcoholic monthers... what gives?? Argh. The hearing was today.
