President Obama must have run a great campaign considering the tremendous numbers he put up in numerous big cities. Over in Philadelphia, he was lucky enough to get 90% percent turnout in some districts with over 99% of the vote. In Cleveland, in some districts he did even better with an astounding 100% of the vote in dozens of locations. For example, in Cleveland's Fifth Ward, Mr. Obama won districts E, F, and G 1,337 to Mitt Romney's... 0. And in case you're wondering, Gary Johnson received more votes than Mr. Romney. Well, maybe that's just a fluke. In the...

Vote fraud is no big deal, right? It hardly ever happens. It’s so rare that it’s not even worth discussing. Anyone who claims to take the integrity of our ballots seriously is cynically exploiting phantom fears for the purpose of suppressing the Democrat-loving minority vote. To keep that silly narrative alive, it’s important not to read the Sunday edition of the Columbus Dispatch, in which readers were informed that “more than one out of every five registered Ohio voters is probably ineligible to vote.” Furthermore, “in two counties, the number of registered voters actually exceeds the voting age population: Northwestern...

COLUMBUS - A federal judge on Thursday suspended Ohio's new voter identification law for early voting already under way, saying the state's 88 counties are inconsistently applying the rule for people filling out absentee ballots. U.S. District Judge Algenon Marbley granted the temporary restraining order on behalf of labor and poverty groups who filed a lawsuit earlier in the week. The ruling is in effect until Wednesday, when the judge will consider arguments from the same groups seeking to block application of the identification law for voters who go to the polls on Election Day.

Associated Press COLUMBUS, Ohio - Exit polling can be conducted within 100 feet of a polling place on Election Day, a federal judge ruled. U.S. District Judge Michael H. Watson's ruling on Monday night overturned an October directive by Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell to prohibit exit polling within 100 feet of precincts. Five television networks - ABC, CNN, CBS, Fox News and NBC - and The Associated Press had sued on Monday, seeking a temporary order to block Blackwell's directive that limited the exit-poll surveys, even though there had been no prior problems. "Polling activities such as these...

The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections must find more than 17,000 registered voters by Friday to tell them they may be culled from the rolls by Republican challengers....The elections board plans to hold hearings Friday and Saturday at the Cleveland Convention Center to review all the challenges. But Vu said the board has never before dealt with challenges to the voter rolls, and the procedures were still unclear on Monday. County prosecutors said the burden should be on Republicans to prove that a voter registration is invalid. But how much evidence is enough? That's one of the questions that local...
