A renewed nuclear deal between Iran and world powers is “off the table” for the foreseeable future, President Joe Biden told Israel’s Prime Minister Yair Lapid, according to a report in Hebrew media. Biden and other administration officials conveyed the message in a series of recent conversations with the Israeli premier, Zman Yisrael said. If the nuclear deal is not signed, it would be viewed as the crowning achievement of Lapid’s short term as prime minister, as Israel gears up for its fifth round of elections in just over three years this November. According to the report, the latest draft,...

The spokesman for Iran's Foreign Ministry said on Monday that the US administration must know the continuation of former President Donald Trump's mentality would only result in "maximum failure." Speaking at a weekly press conference and quoted by the Xinhua news agency, the spokesman, Saeed Khatibzadeh, noted the United States should come to Vienna with a real agenda for continuing the talks over the revival of the 2015 nuclear deal, and completely fulfill its commitments ...

MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax) - Much headway has been made at the negotiations on reinstating the Iran nuclear deal, however, the U.S. return to this agreement will require the unconditional resumption of its every obligation, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday. "Indeed, the assessments made by the negotiating parties over the past month or even two, as long as the talks have been on, demonstrate significant progress. Lots of things have been coordinated, but not all of them," Lavrov said at a press conference in Moscow. "Speaking of a brief account of what has been obstructing the agreement,...

Iran unveiled a series of new homemade nuclear-capable ballistic missiles during military parades held over the weekend, a move that experts view as a bid to bolster the hardline ruling regime as dissidents continue efforts to stir protest. On the heels of an encounter between an Iranian drone and Israeli forces, Iranian leaders showcased their ballistic missile capabilities, which includes a nuclear-capable medium-range missile that appears to share similarities with North Korean technology, according to experts. The nuclear-capable missile can strike Israel even when fired from Iranian territory, raising concerns about an impending conflict between Tehran and the Jewish state that...

Help! I saw somewhere that the deal between Obama and other countries resulted in Iran getting $160 million from it. There is a thread about Iran violating the deal from a GERMAN source 32 times. I also saw that basically Iran and North Korea were colluding to build H-Bomb warheads and long range missiles. Iran provided money as part of this. This is important, as it needs to have visibility right now. Fox needs to break this as a MAJOR STORY.

A group of some 45 national security experts signed a letter, released Tuesday, calling on President Donald Trump to withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal. The letter, released by the Center for Security Policy, called on Trump to withdraw the U.S. from the so-called "Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action" (JCPOA) using a plan proposed by former Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton. It also asks Trump to not certify that Iran has been in compliance with the agreement. Trump has in recent weeks renewed his criticism of the deal, which he attacked vehemently on the campaign trail. Amid speculation...

Hillary Clinton said she’s “convinced” that Trump campaign associates cooperated with Russia to meddle in the 2016 presidential election, according to a report. “There certainly was communication and there certainly was an understanding of some sort,” Clinton told USA Today in an interview released late Monday. “Because there’s no doubt in my mind that (Russian President Vladimir) Putin wanted me to lose and wanted Trump to win. And there’s no doubt in my mind that there are a tangle of financial relationships between Trump and his operation with Russian money. And there’s no doubt in my mind that the Trump...

The leaders of the Islamic Republic are frightened. They face an American national security team that knows a lot about them, and, unlike the Obama administration, strongly dislikes them. General Michael Flynn’s book was an underground hit in Farsi, and the quadrumvirate of Pompeo, Mattis, McMaster, and Kelly show no signs of wanting to pursue the shameful strategic alliance that Obama forged with Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. On the contrary, all four stress Iran’s role as chief sponsor of international terror. All four know the ayatollahs are deadly serious when they lead chants of “Death to America.” The Iranian leaders...

Does anyone know what's really in the Iran nuclear deal with all its unpublished side agreements and secret verbal pledges? Certainly not the American public, on whose behalf it was putatively negotiated. And probably not most, if not all, members of Congress who were bypassed in its negotiation and "signing" in a manner that doesn't seem remotely constitutional. Despite the yeoman efforts of Jay Solomon, Omri Ceren and others, the full extent of the deal is still a mystery. We don't know in anywhere near full detail what Obama and Kerry, with the aid and comfort of wannabe fiction writer...

U.S. president-elect Donald Trump will be “surprised” by Iran if he annuls the nuclear deal between the Islamic Republic, Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Thursday, according to the Trend news agency. “As I said earlier, Trump will be surprised if he tries to renegotiate the deal,” Zarif was quoted as having told the Iranian IRNA news agency. “We believe that nuclear deal is an international one and we are not worried about it at all,” he continued. “We are not going to be wary of what Trump does and we will have our options,” Zarif added, noting...

The election of Donald Trump has led to unease in the Middle East over threats to peace in the region and any war would lead to the destruction of Israel and the Gulf states, Iran’s Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan warned Sunday. His remarks came as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said earlier Sunday that he would work with Trump to dismantle the nuclear agreement with Iran, signed last year over Israel’s fierce criticism of the pact. Trump said during the campaign he would tear up the nuclear deal, calling it a “disastrous” and one of the worst agreements in history...

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he believes U.S. President-elect Donald Trump will be a good friend to Israel and hopes the two countries can work together to dismantle the international nuclear agreement with Iran. “I know Donald Trump,” Netanyahu told CBS’s “60 Minutes” in an interview scheduled to air Sunday night. “And I think his attitude, his support for Israel is clear. He feels very warmly about the Jewish state, about the Jewish people. There’s no question about that.” Netanyahu’s remarks are significant in part because critics have accused Trump of tolerating anti-Semitism among some of his supporters. While...

Whoever President Trump picks as his Secretary of State -- On January 21st, 2017 an official envoy of the United States of the America should touch down in Tehran, Iran scheduled to meet with Iran's President Hassan Rouhani who earlier this week said "Do you think that he [President Trump] can rip up the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action nuclear deal)? Do you think we and our nation will let him do that?" Once this envoy is escorted to meet President Rouhani, the envoy should walk into that meeting with two envelopes, the first one will be the JCPOA...

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry argued on Monday that the nuclear agreement between Iran and world powers last year had made the world – including Israel – safer. Kerry rejected President-elect Donald Trump's references to the agreement as a "disaster" and "the worst deal ever negotiated". "The region is safer, Germany and the United States are safer, Europe is safer, Israel is safer and the world is safer... It depends on all of us to keep this alive," he said at an event at which he was awarded the German Order of Merit, according to Reuters. The Secretary of...

U.S. President Barack Obama on Thursday said the nuclear deal signed between Iran and the West had been successful, and said that even Israel acknowledges this fact. The comments by Obama were made during a press briefing at the Pentagon, which largely focused on the report that Washington paid $400 million to Iran. Obama denied at the briefing that the money was ransom for the return of Americans who were held in Tehran. But he also addressed the nuclear deal with the Islamic Republic, saying, according to RealClearPolitics, “It has been well over a year since the agreement with Iran...

Iran's Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, said on Wednesday that the nuclear deal reached last year with world powers can't be renegotiated, despite Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's pledge to do so if elected. Speaking after a lecture in Stockholm and quoted by The Associated Press (AP), Zarif said the deal "is not an Iran-U.S. agreement for the Republican front-runner or anybody else to renegotiate. It's an international understanding annexed to a Security Council resolution." Trump has denounced the deal and said he would seek to renegotiate it if elected president. One of those times came during his speech at...

J-Street received more than half a million dollars to advocate for the Obama administration's controversial nuclear deal with Iran, it has been revealed. The liberal Jewish group, which bills itself as "pro-Israel and pro-peace" but which critics say takes solely anti-Israel stances, was paid the money by the White House's main surrogate organization for selling the deal. The Ploughshares Fund was named in an explosive New York Times profile of Obama aid Ben Rhodes, in which the President's chief spin doctor listed the central groups responsible for creating an "echo chamber" in order to promote the deal, even when the...
