U.S. return to JCPOA should imply unconditional resumption of every U.S. obligation - Lavrov

MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax) - Much headway has been made at the negotiations on reinstating the Iran nuclear deal, however, the U.S. return to this agreement will require the unconditional resumption of its every obligation, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday.

"Indeed, the assessments made by the negotiating parties over the past month or even two, as long as the talks have been on, demonstrate significant progress. Lots of things have been coordinated, but not all of them," Lavrov said at a press conference in Moscow.

"Speaking of a brief account of what has been obstructing the agreement, perhaps this is the key thing: once the United States unilaterally quit the deal and, by doing so, flagrantly breached the UN Security Council resolution, then perhaps the U.S. return to the JCPOA implies the complete and unconditional resumption of every obligation imposed on the United States by both the JCPOA and Resolution 2231," Lavrov said.

Naturally!
The communist USSA will be happy to roll over and spread its legs for Russia and Iran and U.N....

Of course, since the chicoms are there first now, it will mean getting sloppy seconds...

So, the Russian-Trump collusion -- still alive?

Russia and Iran. I’m sure Turkey will be happy with the JCPOA resuming.

That's clearly the anti-Trump thing to do. It's political, the interests of the USA don't trump politics.
