Whoever President Trump picks as his Secretary of State -- On January 21st, 2017 an official envoy of the United States of the America should touch down in Tehran, Iran scheduled to meet with Iran's President Hassan Rouhani who earlier this week said "Do you think that he [President Trump] can rip up the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action nuclear deal)? Do you think we and our nation will let him do that?"
Once this envoy is escorted to meet President Rouhani, the envoy should walk into that meeting with two envelopes, the first one will be the JCPOA agreement, completely torn up.
The second envelope will be a map and on the map will be key Iranian sites used as part of the Iranian nuclear program, at this point the envoy should repeat these words, "from now on...every "lone wolf" terrorist inspired attack or any attack of any kind that occurs anywhere around the world, any attack where the attacker/terrorist utters the words Allahu Akbar, in the name of ISIS or ISIL, WE, the United States of America will hold you IRAN completely and fully responsible, and one of these targets will be chosen at random and completely annihilated from the face of the earth...Bombed to the point that it will take months just to identify that there had ever been anything that ever existed there."

Now, if any, and I do mean any of our embassies are attacked or any building that bears the name of my president, then that will be considered "personal" and the way we will respond to personal attacks will be A LOT different than the above terror attacks and you and the entire Iranian leadership will lose family members very close to you, SWIFTLY and dramatically!!!"
The envoy should continue, "now my President would like your signature here so that he knows that we talked and you understand "fully" the terms of the new agreement that now exists between our countries and with THIS administration."
