By Stephen White 11/06/2010 A banned-breed dog that killed a boy of four had been handed back to its owner by police after going astray, a court heard yesterday. Helen Foulkes, 63, admitted possessing the pit bull that "oozed venom" and savaged her grandson John-Paul Massey. She was told she may be jailed under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
