Moms Plan Second D.C. March on Mother's Day 3/31/2004 Participants in the Million Mom March will reconvene in Washington, D.C., on Sunday, May 9, as part of a three-day event that also features a "Blacklist Ball" on May 8 and lobbying on May 10, the Eden Prairie Sun reported March 25.
