A man working at an outpatient lab for Children's Medical Center of Plano was arrested Monday after allegations of inappropriate touching while drawing blood from three teenage girls. Mohammad Ali, 45, of Plano is facing three counts of indecency with a child. He is being held at the Collin County Detention Center on $30,000 bond. Plano Police spokesman David Tilley said investigators opened their case on Dec. 29 with allegations from one teenage girl and found two more possible victims.
