A man who served 18 years in prison for a rape he did not commit said Tuesday night he is afraid he is being framed for the disappearance of a Calumet County woman whose car was found at a junkyard run by his family. A body found in a burned-out chicken coop in Mississippi has been identified as that of an Illinois college student who disappeared two weeks ago, authorities said Wednesday. Police in Sartell, Minn., are seeking the public's help in finding a St. Cloud State University freshman who has been missing since Monday. Andrea Alejandra (Andy) Arriagada, 18, left her parents' home about 5:40 a.m. Monday, presumably to attend a Nordic ski team practice at 6:30 a.m. at the university. Police said she didn't take her purse but had a .22-caliber rifle she used for biathlon, a winter sport combining skiing and target shooting.

MONTICELLO, Minn. - Authorities found a missing St. Cloud State University freshman dead in her family's car on Saturday. Andrea Arriagada, 18, of Sartell, had been missing since early Monday morning, when she left home for Nordic ski and biathlon practice at school. Her body was found inside the car in rural Wright County, just outside of Monticello. Authorities do not suspect foul play.
