Selling Breast Milk Can Be Lucrative NEWARK, Del. -- Buying a woman's breast milk via the Internet may seem far-fetched, but it isn't an unusual transaction. WBAL-TV in Baltimore discovered mothers selling their breast milk -- often for a hefty price.
