Russia plans to establish a military base on Sudan’s Red Sea coast to serve as a logistics center for the Russian navy, according to a draft agreement between Moscow and Khartoum signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and released publicly Nov. 11. Houston County Coroner Danny Galpin identified the men as: Yanny Perez-Perez Adar Lopez-Morales Evelio Perez Galpin says 20-year-old Yanny was the only casualty with a verifiable age. Galpin also says the men were from Guatemala. Two people have been charged with breaking into a naval base where seven nuclear submarines are based. The pair were found inside Devonport Naval Base, Plymouth, at about 1130GMT on Friday. A Ministry of Defence spokeswoman said Petter Joelson from Sweden and Elisa Silvennoinen from Finland had been remanded in custody to appear before Plymouth magistrates on Monday.
