THE WASHINGTON POST:During eight appearances on Fox News and Fox Business Network in early January, Jack Keane was introduced several ways: as “a retired four-star general,” as the former “vice chief of staff for the U.S. Army,” and as Fox News’s “senior strategic analyst.”All of those are accurate descriptions. Keane is a distinguished veteran, having commanded American troops in such places as Somalia, Haiti and Bosnia. Fox employs him to provide analysis of national security and military operations, such as the unfolding hostilities between the United States and Iran. But another part of Keane’s résumé wasn’t mentioned: the former general is...

This led Trump to issue a blistering press release. “Mr. Trump is number one in the unimportant Huffington Post poll, along with all other recently released polls including Reuters, FOX, USA Today/Suffolk University and The Economist,” it points out. “If you read previously written Tweets [Ed. Note: We have], Mr. Trump has never been a fan of Arianna Huffington or the money-losing Huffington Post.”

Michael Savage “I think she’s too unattractive to win.” That was Dr. Savage’s blunt assessment of Hillary Clinton’s chances of returning to the White House, this time as president instead of first lady. He added: “She’s way past her prime. Plus she has a lousy track record. What did she achieve as secretary of State? She wrecked Libya. She destroyed the Arab Crescent. She gave us a new Cold War. She called Putin ‘Hitler.’ “That’s not a great set of qualifications,” he concluded. As for the current occupant of the Oval Office, Savage called it “crazy” that so many Americans...

It’s the kind of conservative media story only conservatives understand. The latest numbers are out for Michael Savage’s radio show. Recall that Savage was a key player in the battle between Sean Hannity and Cumulus radio. A battle that had an exasperated Hannity finally firing Cumulus, as reported here in NewsBusters at the time. But not before Savage, whom Cumulus had in the wings to replace Hannity in the latter’s Cumulus slots, took shots at Hannity, gloating at taking Hannity’s slot. The Savage numbers tell a revealing tale of conservatism in the media. So let’s start with the brand new...

ean Hannity has long been right-wing radio's dominant silver medalist, second only to the untouchable Rush Limbaugh. So when Michael Savage, his new competitor in afternoon drivetime, started throwing punches in the hopes of ginning up a public feud, Hannity demurred. But now the first month's numbers are in, and in at least five of nation's largest markets, Savage is not only beating Hannity -- he's trouncing him.

Michael Weiner, the plain-speaking, ever-positive labor lawyer who took over as head of the powerful baseball players' union four years ago and smoothed its perennially contentious relationship with management, died Thursday, 15 months after announcing he had been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. He was 51.

This is a strange analysis from someone who is usually pretty conservative. He is claiming some things that the prosecution isn’t even presenting. Even if what Savage is saying is true, I’m not sure how that changes what happened. Check it out: On his show on, talk show host Michael Savage said that George Zimmerman, who is currently on trial for the murder of Trayvon Martin, should be found guilty of second-degree manslaughter based on two things: 1) The state of his firearm and 2) The language he allegedly used on a 911 call when he was first reporting his...

savage! 6/17 and 6/18!

On his radio show Thursday night, conservative talker Mark Levin scorched his former radio competitor Michael Savage for attacking fellow conservative talkers. The feud seemed to cool off after Savage, who used to go head-to-head against Levin in the 6 p.m. EST time slot, left the Talk Radio Network and was picked up by Cumulus, the same company that distributes Levin’s show. Savage now hosts the time slot following Levin’s, from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. EST. But in January the fight was reignited, with the two trading shots over the airwaves. In this latest chapter of the saga, Levin...

"The Jerry Doyle Show The Jerry Doyle Show Published 1-Oct-2012 in TRN Central News Central Point, OR – Today begins the first in a series of changes to bring talk radio firmly into the 21st century. For too long, we’ve had to choose between ratings and salability, but no longer. Today the 6th largest syndicated talk show in America replaces what was the 3rd largest show, and in so doing, stations will get more light and less heat, a show that they can sell locally with pride, but also a show that will respect its stations, advertisers and audiences with...

Just saw this... must find more information... Posting in Chat because I'm afraid to do the wrong thing... but I assume everyone looks at everything.

This is the end of the Romney campaign. As good a man as he is, Ryan will be portrayed by the Marxists as another rich white male who wants to ruin the environment, destroy Medicaid and Social Security and give tax breaks to the very rich. It’s all over. The Romney schmucks are so out of touch with reality .... The Romney insiders detest conservatives and are trying to appease this core base with Ryan. Too little, too late.

SAVAGE!
