The fiance of a Santa Rosa motorcyclist who has been missing since last week is offering a $5,000 reward for information on her whereabouts. Mark Hindman said he last saw his fiancee, 40-year-old Melinda Moore, at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 19 when she left the home they share near West Third Street and Fulton Road. She had classes scheduled that day at Santa Rosa Junior College, said a friend, Kim Davalos. But Moore left her books at home and dressed in a leather riding outfit instead of the jeans she usually wore to class, Davalos said.
