Houston Police said they were preparing murder charges against a man suspected in a serial killing spree that kept Acres Homes on edge for years, KPRC Local 2 reported Monday. A recent attack led police to arrest LaMarques Devon McWilliams, 34, on Aug. 26. He was charged with two counts of rape after an 18-year-old woman told police she was raped in a car.
