State Sen. Tom McClintock, R-Thousand Oaks, wants to clear up something: He did not endorse former state Assemblyman Howard Kaloogian of San Marcos for the 50th Congressional District race. Kaloogian mailers have gone to Republican households containing a picture of McClintock with quotes from the popular conservative saying nice things about Kaloogian.
