Mail and parcel delivery during the holiday season is taxing U.S. carriers, according to data. An estimated six million packages are being left stranded daily as they await pickup, according to ShipMatrix, a software company that helps retailers and others track shipments. Another 2.5 million packages are being picked up but not being delivered on time. CBS News.com reported FedEx, UPS, Amazon, U.S. Postal Service, and other shippers are all being slammed by the demand, heightened by on-line consumer activity during the COVID-19 pandemic. "Our entire industry is underwater because of the demand," said Satish Jindel, president of ShipMatrix, who...

  • Justice Alito Moves up Supreme Court Deadline in Key Pennsylvania Mail-In Ballot Case

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito asked officials in Pennsylvania to file briefs by Tuesday at 9 a.m. in response to a lawsuit filed by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) in a bid to overturn the state’s election results. Tuesday, notably, is the “safe harbor” deadline that requires controversies surrounding elections to be ended so states can choose their electors before the Dec. 14 meeting of the Electoral College. Alito initially called for response arguments by 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, before it was changed. The Tuesday, Dec. 8 deadline could be a signal that the Supreme Court takes up Kelly’s case,...

A court ordered statistically significant sample of Arizona's mail in ballots found 11% of the accepted ballots did NOT match according to the Democrats' own expert. That is thirty times more illegal ballots than the margin of victory. Georgia, Pennsylvania & Nevada likely worse.

A newly discovered batch of 55 uncounted ballots in a rural upstate New York county has the potential to alter the outcome of a yet-to-be-called congressional race. The ballots from Chenango County were cast during the state’s early voting period within the 22nd Congressional District - home to the ultra-tight race between Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi and his Republican opponent Claudia Tenney. As of Monday - which was supposed to have been the final day for election officials to report vote totals in the district - Tenney led the freshman Democrat by a razor-thin 12-vote margin. Chenango County Attorney Alan...
  • Whistleblowers claiming USPS threw out, backdated ballots before election

The claims were announced on the same day the Justice Department said they have found no proof of widespread voter fraud. A conservative law firm says that several whistleblowers from the United States Postal Service have come forward, alleging that thousands of ballots in some states were backdated, tampered with, or tossed out ahead of the 2020 election, to the disservice of President Trump, despite the Justice Department announcing Tuesday it has found no proof of widespread voter fraud. The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, which has forged ahead with an independent investigation of alleged voter fraud in...

  • Whistleblowers: Postal Service labeled Trump mail ‘Undeliverable,’ 388,000 ballots backdated, ‘disappear’

Several whistleblowers on Tuesday cast new uncertainty on the 2020 election process, claiming up to 288,000 ballots disappeared, another 100,000 were improperly backdated, and mail promoting President Trump was junked while mail for Joe Biden was delivered. In the most extraordinary report, a U.S. Postal Service contractor said his trailer full of 144,000-288,000 completed mail-in ballots, which he drove between New York and Pennsylvania, disappeared after he delivered it to a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, depot. Another claimed that ballots were backdated by postal workers, and in Traverse City, Michigan, Trump campaign mail was put in bins labeled “Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail”...

I will look at what I believe are some of the weak links in election security. I am not a letter carrier or an election worker, so I don't fully understand US Postal Service or supervisor of elections office procedures. If I am incorrect in some way, kindly fill us all in while leaving my skull whole. Anytime a ballot or its electronic equivalent is made, transferred or counted, there is an election security risk. Legitimate ballots are generally made in three different ways - by commercial printers, at supervisor of elections offices or at polling places. Commercial printers can...
  • Pollak: The Key Question Is Why Vote-by-Mail Rejection Rate Dropped Dramatically

The key empirical question that must be asked about the 2020 election results is why the rejection rate for vote-by-mail ballots dropped dramatically from the primary season, when mass vote-by-mail began in some states, to the general election. Absentee ballots, which are traditionally a very small proportion of the vote in most states, are typically rejected at a rate of 1% to 2%. However, the rate of faulty absentee ballots rose to 25% after mass vote-by-mail was adopted earlier this year. The Washington Post reported in August: More than 534,000 mail ballots were rejected during primaries across 23 states this...

The USPS uses a program called Mail Imaging, which takes a photograph of the outside of every piece of mail sent in the U.S. While the primary purpose of taking the pictures is to process the mail, law enforcement agencies are able to request images of mail sent and received by a target they are investigating.

Republican surrogates for President Donald Trump resumed their legal fight Monday to try to stop the vote count in key battleground states, including Pennsylvania and Michigan, but faced long odds given the Electoral College tally and recent court rulings that found no evidence of widespread vote fraud. While some Republican state officials invoked the Trump mantra that only “legal votes” should be counted, others emerged to counter the campaign narrative and urge voters, and perhaps the president, to support the results. “The process has not failed our country in more than 200 years, and it is not going to fail...

HARRISBURG, Pa. - Democrat Joe Biden’s narrow but growing margin in the presidential race drew him closer to winning Pennsylvania’s cache of 20 electoral votes as teams of ballot counters in some counties resumed their toil into the weekend. The canvassing that in a normal year would have wrapped up Friday will carry into next week, with many counties waiting until Monday to begin going through provisional ballots. Tens of thousands of remaining mail-in ballots - as well as the provisional ballots and those cast by military and overseas voters - will decide whether Biden’s slim lead holds up or...

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) said about 1,700 ballots had been identified in Pennsylvania at processing facilities during two sweeps Thursday and were being delivered to election officials. In a court filing early Friday, USPS said 1,076 ballots, had been found at the USPS Philadelphia Processing and Distribution Center. About 300 were found at the Pittsburgh processing center, 266 at a Lehigh Valley facility and others found at other Pennsylvania processing centers. Ballots must be received by Friday evening in Pennsylvania in order to be counted. The vote for the U.S. president remains extremely close and Pennsylvania is...

A federal judge in Pennsylvania on Wednesday weighed arguments by Republicans seeking to stop a suburban Philadelphia county from counting mail-in and absentee ballots that voters had been permitted to correct. U.S. District Judge Timothy Savage in Philadelphia appeared skeptical of arguments by the plaintiffs’ lawyer, which lawyers for Montgomery County election officials and the Democratic National Committee said could disenfranchise voters. The Pennsylvania lawsuit had been filed by Kathy Barnette, a conservative political commentator projected to lose her race for a House seat in the state’s 4th Congressional district, and Clay Breece, chairman of the Republican Committee in Berks...

[FLASHBACK] Pennsylvania has become the epicenter of the 2020 election chaos that experts warned was coming, with courts changing ballot rules, disputes over poll watchers, new voting machines being put to the test, and disinformation spreading rapidly in the swing state. It's all coming to a head with early voting already underway and Election Day about four weeks away. Lawsuits brought by Democrats and Republicans in the Keystone State have forced judges to change some of the rules for the election at the last minute -- and the legal fights aren't over. A series of rulings from the Pennsylvania Supreme...

HARRISBURG, Pa. - Pennsylvania voters turned out in large numbers Tuesday for an election that produced few of the glitches some had feared, leaving in their wake a mountain of ballots that will have to be counted in the coming days amid intense national scrutiny. The battleground state’s decision to greatly expand mail-in voting for the first time this year means it could be days before it’s clear whether President Donald Trump repeated his crucial Pennsylvania victory from four years ago or whether native son Joe Biden will collect its 20 electoral votes. “What’s most important is that we have...
  • Post office employees in metro mail sorting locations are holding rural mail

Just spoke with several rural mail carriers in Pennsylvania. Very little mail is being processed for the rural areas. Virtually all mail, including the rural mail is sent to the metro areas for mail sorting, including mail in ballots. By sitting on the rural mail and processing the metro mail, the metro Dem ballots are being processed and the rural Trump ballots sit in the metro post office awaiting sort. This could impact the cancelation date and delivery on time to be counted.

A Gateway Pundit EXCLUSIVE story on yet another ballot covfefe in Oregon. 73 year old Richard Gonzalez succumbed to a variety of health complications on April 10th, 2020. The legally disabled military veteran lived out his final days in a nursing home near Portland, Oregon. So imagine the surprise when Gonzalez's voter registration card showed up in the mail at his friend's house in July of 2020, more than 3 months after Gonzalez passed. His friend, who we will call "John" to preserve anonymity and protect from retaliation, thought "Well, this is odd. I received a voter registration confirmation postcard...
