Israeli troops arrested a senior member of Fatah movement on Saturday, the group said in a statement. Mohammad Lutfi, also known as Abu Lutfi, was taken from his house in Beitunia, southwest of Ramallah, the statement said. Lutfi is a member of Fatah's revolutionary council, as well as secretary general of the group's West Bank operations and director of the Palestinian interior ministry, AFP reported.
