WSET) — As Virginia's General Assembly debates bills on hot topics in the state, such as redistricting and gun control, a new poll reveals Virginia voters' thoughts on those same issues. On Monday the Institute for Policy and Opinion Research at Roanoke College released its results from interviewing 800 Virginia residents in February 2026. Overall, their stats show that most Virginians are in favor of the state's current method of redistricting and drawing legislative lines.
