More than 500 U.S. CEOs polled by Greenwich, Conn.-based Chief Executive magazine based their opinions on numerous factors, including regulations, tax policies, work force quality, education resources, quality of living and infrastructure.

The U.S. Senate has approved the nomination of David Ogden as the number-two man at the U.S. Justice Department. Many pro-family groups voiced loud objections to Ogden, who has a history of supporting homosexuality, pornography, and abortion in court. I've been thinking alot about this election season as of late. I've looked back at the ups and downs, the highs and lows of this whole festival we call the presidential elections. What a roller coaster ride it has been, and that ride has brought me to this thread and feeling the need to vent a bit.
