On today's show, Rush was claiming that pro-marriage people should be civily disobedient and force the pro-gay marriage activists to overcome the opposition.

Rush is saying the media is all worked up about whether this is a political ploy or not, etc. He also says that he's glad to see Pres Bush is standing up for marriage, but the bigger issue is the activist judges because we can't pass a constitutional amendment everytime the judges circumvent the law.
