A class action lawsuit has been launched against Apple Computer claiming the company’s recently released diminutive iPod nano scratches too easily. The lawsuit, filed in US District Court in San Jose California, seeks to represent up to 125,000 iPod owners the law firm that launched the case said. The suit claims that the iPod Nano is defectively designed, allowing the screen to quickly become scratched with normal use.
