<p>Larry Burkett of Gainesville, founder of the world's first organization to teach Bible-based financial management, died Friday.</p> <p>Burkett, 64, had battled cancer and other health problems for several years, Crown Financial Ministries said in a news release.</p> <p>A former electrical engineer, Burkett found God in the 1970s, the company said.</p>
