The depositions given by former British spy Christopher Steele and a longtime associate of John McCain must be unsealed, a federal judge said Thursday. U.S. District Court Judge Ursula Ungaro overruled the objections of both Steele and David Kramer to make the depositions public. The pair gave testimony in a lawsuit brought against BuzzFeed in December 2018 by a Russian Internet entrepreneur. The businessman, Aleksej Gubarev, was referenced in the infamous dossier compiled by Steele about President Trump’s alleged connections to Russia. Gubarev objected to BuzzFeed’s publishing of the dossier in January 2017, which accused him of using his companies...

A Republican in Congress raised the name of the CIA officer accused of being the Ukraine whistleblower during a congressional hearing about Puerto Rico last month. Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas asked Natalie Jaresko, Ukraine’s former finance minister, who is now executive director of the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico, whether she had any involvement with National Security Council officials in her previous post. He cited an April 2016 meeting at a Le Pain Quotidien restaurant close to the White House between Eric Ciaramella, another White House official, and Ukrainian parliamentarian Olga Bielkova. A Foreign Agents Registration...

Believing Adam Schiff’s lies and calling for an “impeachment inquiry” has to be one of the worst blunders of Speaker Pelosi’s career. The whistleblower tale has crumbled and the backup witnesses the Democrats are relying on only confirm the Deep State bureaucrats and Democrats believe that they, not the elected president, have a lock on executive powers. In fact, the ploy boomeranged and the spotlight is now on the Democrats’ White Hope, Joe Biden. Despite the media downplaying Biden’s actions, there is more to come of his and his party’s corruption. Whistleblower Won’t Testify The leaker, incorrectly tagged a “whistleblower,”...

As reported yesterday, news on the Internet is spreading quickly. Many now believe there are at minimum connections between Adam Schiff’s leaker, aka the “whistleblower,” to the now infamous Eric Ciaramello – Obama’s Director of Ukraine at the NSC. Here’s more on the infamous Director of NSC for Obama in the Ukraine. Somehow this guy is believed to be very close to the leaker that Adam Schiff refuses to provide to the American public. For starters, it turns out that the fake Russia collusion junk dossier was initiated on the same day by the same people that met Eric Ciaramella....

ARCADIA, Mich. (AP) — An exclusive golf course in northern Michigan has changed its website to no longer encourage players to hit balls into Lake Michigan after a diver hired by a newspaper found hundreds in the water. State environmental regulators said they're investigating what has occurred at Arcadia Bluffs, where a round of golf on the course overlooking the northeastern shore of the lake costs $215 during the peak summer season. A beverage cart employee said she was fired for discouraging players from hitting balls into the lake.

This seems particularly unhinged. The media is constantly buzzing about how President Trump is unstable, but McCain’s behavior seems a bit…unusual. Presidential hopeful Senator Amy Klobuchar told a crowd on the campaign trail that the late John McCain muttered the names of dictators as he watched Donald Trump’s inauguration. “John McCain kept reciting to me names of dictators during that speech,” the Minnesota senator said, “because he knew more than any of what we were facing as a nation, he understood it.” She continued: “He knew because he knew this man more than any of us did.” Or it was...

More than 15 journalists, several U.S. government officials and multiple lawmakers were shown or given the Steele dossier during the 2016 presidential campaign or shortly after. Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele disseminated the dossier far and wide in an apparent attempt to insert the document’s salacious allegations into the media. Newly unsealed court filings show how widespread this effort was. Court documents released last week in a lawsuit involving the Steele dossier revealed new details about the campaign to disseminate the infamous anti-Trump report to the press and within the U.S. government. Much was already known about Fusion GPS and...

A federal judge in Florida on Thursday ordered the release of depositions given by former British spy Christopher Steele and a longtime associate of late Republican Arizona Sen. John McCain in a lawsuit filed against BuzzFeed regarding Steele’s anti-Trump dossier. U.S. District Court Judge Ursula Ungaro overruled requests by Steele and David Kramer, the former McCain associate, to keep depositions they gave in the BuzzFeed lawsuit under seal. Ungaro dismissed a lawsuit filed against BuzzFeed on Dec. 19, 2018, by Aleksej Gubarev, a Russian businessman accused in the dossier of using his companies to hack into DNC computers.

David Kramer, an associate of Senator John McCain, invoked his Fifth Amendment right to not testify to Congress in connection to his role in distribution of the fake Russia dossier to the FBI. Kramer was briefed by the Russian dossier author Christopher Steele in London in 2016. The Russian dossier was paid for by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. The junk dossier was used as evidence in a FISA court hearing as evidence to spy on Trump volunteer Carter Page — in October 2016. Kramer then returned back to the US and delivered the phony dossier...

A federal judge on Wednesday revealed just how widely Christopher Steele distributed his infamous anti-Trump dossier. Rep. Adam Kinzinger and Paul Ryan chief of staff Jonathan Burks received Steele’s reports in December 2016, before BuzzFeed would publish the dossier in full. Court documents say that Steele gave the dossier materials to Kinzinger and Burks, though Paul Ryan’s office claims that Burks has never met Steele and did not receive documents directly from the former British spy. A Republican lawmaker and the chief of staff to House Speaker Paul Ryan were early recipients of the infamous Steele dossier, according to a...

A longtime associate of late Republican Arizona Sen. John McCain provided a copy of the infamous Steele dossier to BuzzFeed News, according to an explosive court filing released Wednesday. David Kramer, a former State Department official who was an executive at the McCain Institute, met on Dec. 29, 2016 with BuzzFeed reporter Ken Bensinger, according to a filing submitted Wednesday by U.S. District Court Judge Ursula Ungaro. BuzzFeed published the dossier, which was authored by former British spy Christopher Steele, on Jan. 10, 2017. The disclosure was made as part of a final report ahead of Ungaro’s ruling in favor...

In a procedural ruling Friday before the High Court of Justice, Queen's Bench Division, former British spy Christopher Steele was ordered to appear for a videotaped deposition in London on June 18 for ongoing civil litigation brought against Buzzfeed by a Russian technology executive, Aleksej Gubarev. A last-ditch effort by Buzzfeed's legal team was denied today in their efforts to expand and question Steele about "the dossier as a whole" instead of a more limited area of questioning in the ongoing civil litigation in the UK. In the 15-page ruling obtained and reviewed by Fox News, Mr. Justice Jay wrote...

1 – Rob Goldstone, the English publicist and music manager, admitted that when he wrote Donald Trump Jr. to set up the meeting with a Russian attorney at Trump Tower he used deliberately hyperbolic language to ensure that the meeting took place. Goldstone further said that he believes the meeting was a “bait and switch” by a Russian lobbyist seeking a meeting on another matter by misleadingly claiming to be bringing the Trump campaign dirt on Hillary Clinton. 2 – All participants in the meeting who have spoken publicly say no Russian dirt on Hillary Clinton was discussed. 3 –...

Hollywood stuntman Joel Kramer vigorously denied accusations leveled at him by actress Eliza Dushku Saturday, saying he “never sexual assaulted her” and that he was “shocked.” In lengthy Facebook post, the actress said she was filming “True Lies” when the then-36-year-old stuntman lured Dushku — who was 12 years old at the time — into his hotel room in Miami and molested her. She said that when he was “finished,” he suggested they “should be careful” not to tell anyone. Reached by phone Saturday morning, Kramer said he did not know of the post. But after TheWrap read it to...

BuzzFeed has actually apologized for naming him. The lawsuit also seeks the name of the man who passed BuzzFeed the document containing this alleged defamation -- but BuzzFeed won't reveal it, claiming they have journalistic privilege to not name sources, despite being a Listicle Farm and despite putting this unvetted crap up on the internet when no other journalists would. The court upheld the bizarre claim that BuzzFeed is a journalistic operation and not just a place you go to find out which Friends character you are or read about Thirty Things That Only a 90s Kid Would Remember. So...

Kramer then returned to the U.S. to give the document to Sen. John McCain. Kramer is a senior fellow at the McCain Institute for International Leadership at Arizona State University.
