A 35-year-old transient knocked himself out cold early Tuesday morning trying to skip out on a cab fare he evidently forgot he’d already paid, according to an incident report. A cabbie called Bay County Sheriff’s Office deputies to the Summer Breeze Motel just before 4 a.m. Tuesday after his “highly intoxicated” fare tripped over his own feet in the parking lot and knocked himself unconscious.
