KINGFISHER,OK - Flooding is forcing evacuations of homes this morning in Kingfisher, said City Manager Richard Reynolds. Parts of the north, east and west sides of Kingfisher have homes threatened by flood waters, Reynolds said about 8:40 p.m. Sunday.
