Steve Tocco, a 44-year-old Mount Clemens man, is now dead after his 22-year-old neighbor attacked him with a golf club. The dispute occurred during the evening hours of Aug. 14 when the men got into a dispute over an undetermined matter related to the suspect’s dog, said Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel.
